Latest New Hope Project Update

The latest New Hope meeting was very productive. As we got more things finalized, we have more concrete stuff where CAT can now take action on how we strive to get this project into a reality.

There were various task groups people signed up over the last CAT meeting, and we have came up with a rough definition of what each task should do and their deadlines(see below.)

Overall Summary

Below is a tentative timeline of how we can get this project into completion.

7/17 New Hope Church visit day 1
7/24 New Hope Church visit day 2
8/1 Raw data ready to assemble for editing
9/4 Video edit complete
9/4 Video complete

The two New Hope Church visit days are designed for one for people to visit the church and see the church first hand of their worship. Also for people who are involved in photography, interview, etc. teams, you can choose a date to go their and complete your tasks.  Otherwise, you need to setup your own dates to get your data.
